Runtz is an evenly balanced hybrid strain (50% indica/50% sativa) created through crossing the Zkittlez strain with Gelato strain. Named for the iconic candy, Runtz, the aroma is similar. This strain gives a slightly creeper high but can be intense once it's fully kicked in. While it can be calming and reduce anxiety, some seem to have increased anxiety when consuming this strain. This is a good strain if you'd like to get some sleep, but not so much for if you need to be very productive. The average THC level is around 19-29%. The Runtz strain is also used to alleviate chronic pain and appetite loss as well as nausea.
