Northeast Alliance was founded in 2018, and is a family owned and operated business. We started with a caregiver to patient delivery in Portland and expanded to the Biddeford area shortly after. Just this year got our first cultivation building running, and we are now working on building out our dispensary in South Portland, Maine. We pride ourselves in having a wide variety of premium flower for our patients to choose from as well as a large range of products from Clones, CBD salves and Extracts and everything in between.
